Spring Lake Boardwalk and Beach

Spring Lake's two-mile boardwalk without shops, beside a municipal beach with north and south end pavilions and badges sold online.

The borough describes Spring Lake as having a two mile non-commercial boardwalk bordering a sand beach, and the town's planning documents call it the longest non-commercial boardwalk in New Jersey. There are no shops on it. The borough operates two pavilions on the boardwalk, the North End Pavilion between Tuttle and Ludlow Avenues and the South End Pavilion between Salem and Atlantic Avenues.

Beach badges are sold through the borough's online Community Pass system. Seasonal badge holders register for an account, and daily badge buyers purchase online, save the ticket, and present it at any booth on the boardwalk to receive a wristband. Pool lockers and beach boxes are also sold online.

Questions go to the borough office at 423 Warren Avenue, open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. At the time of writing the borough page carried end-of-season notices, with the pavilions open only for locker clean-out on a set weekend in early October.
