The PNC Bank Arts Center is an outdoor concert venue operated by Live Nation, reached directly from Exit 116 of the Garden State Parkway in Holmdel. Most of its programming is summer touring acts. The site currently lists Matchbox Twenty on July 8, 2027, and Ashanti and Trey Songz on August 28, 2027.

The venue is also open in the off-season for Magic of Lights, a holiday light experience listed for November 20 to December 23, with further dates into January 2027.

The website covers VIP packages, a VIP Club lounge, season tickets, private events and accessibility information. Paid parking upgrades are offered for a spot near the ticket gate, which shortens the exit after a show. Check the site for parking details specific to your event.
